StiX by Xils Lab is a virtual analog & multi synthesis drum machine that will take you from the very beginning of XoX drumbox sequencing offering retro drums such as the TR-XoX, EMU SP12 and Linndrum all the way up to now, with fresh sounds for today's modern music producers. This drum machine contains 10 full featured synthesizers, one for each individual drum pad, opening a world of possibilities due to the amount of parameters available for manipulating each sound. Different synthesis methods include Virtual Analog Morphing, FM Sine Oscillators with Waveshaping, and a third oscillator which can load samples allowing the ability to cross synthesize between all components. Everything is laid out in one single page for easy sequencing and editing. Stix is designed for a fast and easy workflow providing a powerful sequencer with a variable number of steps per beat, per step division and micro position. The sequencer can be displayed in single line or multi line view. A user can also sequence patterns into a whole song using the song mode. There are 3 Envelopes and 2 LFO's equipped as well as Zero delay feedback filters that deliver analog authenticity for the on board classic drum samples. Also included is the exclusive PolyStep which automatically modulates patterns, breathing life into boring drum sequences.

For further inspiration a handy randomize function is available for use when needed as well as effects such as Analog delay, Phaser, Reverb and Distortion. In addition there are panning controls and a mixer section to mix all 10 drum parts, which remains visible at all times. If the user prefers to mix through their DAW instead, they can always open the multi output version. StiX comes with 2000 presets, 700 drum pads, 60 drum kits, and 390 exclusive samples.
