1. Properly Install, configure and test Digidesign 002, Rack, MBOX2 Hardware and ProTools LE, Software Bundle Plugins (Ignitions Pack 2). This includes all of the associated bundled software that comes with it.

2. We checkdates to the system and install the correct updates as needed.

3. We record in you each manufacturer's web site for the most current upr files all of the registration, ID's and Passwords for your software.

4. We then install and connect the associated hardware interfaces and test each one, that are with you particular system set up.

5. We record and play back mic inputs and line inputs and test all hardware and software.

6. We test the associated plug ins. Each on an audio track.

7. If we have discovered any defects in the hardware the units are replaced.

8. If we have discovered any software defects or glitches, we fix the problem.

9. All systems are then tested again.

10. We then re-pack your computer and all hardware systems and send it to you, or it is available for pick up at our store
