If your record drums then you're aware of the many challenges that stand in the way of getting great recordings. The biggest challenge you face when recording any kit is controlling its acoustics. Isolating the drum kit keeps sound generated by the kit from reaching other instrument mics, but it also keeps sound (including acoustic reflections from the kit itself) from bleeding into the drum mics. That's why you need a ClearSonic MiniMega protable isolation booth! Although it's useful for isolating a wide range of instruments, including amplifiers and vocalists, the ClearSonic MiniMega gives you everything you need to control and isolate the sound of an acoustic drum kit.

A total of 11 ClearSonic 5-1/2' panels allows the MiniMega to provide you with roughly 7' x 6' of space, which is easily large enough to set up a full drum kit and microphones without making your drummer feel claustrophobic. The MiniMega's height extensions provide for a full 6-1/2' of vertical clearance. ClearSonic SORBER baffles and a fully covered lid also provide extra sound absorption, keeping as much sound as possible inside the MiniMega. Because the MiniMega is so effective at keeping in sound, it's also fairly good at keeping in heat. So make sure you or your artists remain comfortable during extended recording sessions, ClearSonic's MiniMega also includes one of their ultra-low noise, 2-speed AirKing Fans - so really don't have to suffer for your art!
