If you are sending your order to an address other than the billing address, the ship to address must be on record with the credit card issuer. You can do this easily by calling the toll free number on the back of your credit card. Ask your bank to add an alternate ship to address in the notes section of your account. This will not affect where your bill is sent. It will only allow us to know that you have authorized your order to ship somewhere other than your billing address.

Be advised that there is no way to ship to an alternate address if you are paying with a debit card. Also, if your card is issued by Bank of America or Wells Fargo your order must ship to the confirmed billing address. These banks will not verify any information for merchants.
