Technical Support and Scheduling

The first step in scheduling technical support is to fill out the information on the form below.

We cannot proceed any further until you give us this information about your problem and system.

Professional Audio Solutions offers technical support services for all of the audio systems that we sell

We will even fix the bad advice you got from a chain store or mail order house.

Unlike many other so called Pro Audio dealers, our objective is for your system to operate smoothly and efficiently.
Our commitment to you is much more about your entire system operation than it is about you "buying" something.

Technical Support The first step in scheduling technical support is to fill out the information on the form above. We cannot proceed any further until you give us this information about your problem and system.

The minimum charge for telephone tech support is $49.00 which will be pre authorized with a credit card, upon scheduling.This covers initial 25 min. consultation and support call during our normal operational business hours.

After hours telephone support will be billed at rate of 1.5 of business hours rate.

There is not a gaurantee that this will resolve the issue. You are paying for time, expertise, and diagnostics.

This is a service offered by PAS, and is not part of any manufacturer's warranty.

If your system is currently covered by PAS tech support period, or you under under a monthly agreement, the tech support services will be applied toward that agreement.

Additional Tech Support Services are available as follows:

  • In-Store Tech Support: Our Nashville Store location has its own in house computer tech and repair facility. After you have filled out the request form above, we can determine what items from your system we will need here in order to diagnose and make repairs and changes to your system.

  • On-site Tech Support (at your location) and service for our local Nashville area customers is available in the surrounding areas of Nashville,TN including Davidson, Williamson, and Wilson counties. There is a minimum 2 hour service call charge of $185 plus any applicable mileage charges.

  • Remote Tech Support : If you don't live or work in the Nashville area we can still help you in most areas of tech support. This is done by us logging into your computer system via your IP address. If you have a high speed internet connection and a telephone we can help you in this manner. You will need to be available at your system during this time. You can determine your IP address by going to www.whatismyip.com.

  • Hardware Repair and Replacement: If tech support issues are not able to be corrected remotely due to hardware or software failure you can bring in or ship in the appropriate hardware to our shop to be repaired or replaced.

Monthly Studio Tech Support Contract

  • In addition, we have an annual, monthly tech support contract available to our Middle TB, and KY area customers.
  • This plan includes both telephone, on-site support and maintenance of your audio system.
