Important Shipping Information
  • Ground shipping and delivery times are estimates and are NOT guaranteed.
  • FedEx Express Saver - Delivery within 3 business days to most locations in the US, after order processing.
  • FedEx 2Day - Delivery within 2 business days to most locations in the US, after order processing.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery within 1 business day by 3:00pm to most locations in the US, after order processing.
  • All orders require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. We usually ship out same day if we get an order before 11am CST for Ground and 4pm CST for Express shipping.
  • We will exercise our best efforts to process your order as soon as possible.
  • There are no standard deliveries on Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays.
  • There are no shipping pickups on Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays
  • We will ship to a verified credit card billing address only, or verified alternate address.
  • If you are requesting delivery to an alternate address other than the billing address your order will be delayed until address is verified, as per Visa, Mastercard, Discover regulations.
  • If you are requesting delivery to a P.O. Box or AFPO address, your order may be delayed and fee will apply.
  • If you are a tax exempt organization or reseller, within Tennessee we will need a copy of your exemption or resale certificate faxed, to 615-256-5440.
When Shipping and Billing info are different
  • If you are sending your order to an address other than the billing address, the ship to address must be on record with the credit card issuer. You can do this easily by calling the toll free number on the back of your credit card. Ask your bank to add an alternate ship to address in the notes section of your account. This will not affect where your bill is sent. It will only allow us to know that you have authorized your order to ship somewhere other than your billing address.


Return Policy

At Professional Audio Solutions it's our pleasure to help you select the right gear before you buy. We have a very experienced knowledgeable Pro Staff, who will help you make the right decisions before you buy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact Professional Audio Solutions within 15 days of the original purchase date.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

  1. You must call to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The number to call is 800-834-5986 or 615-742-5291. Items shipped back without RA# will be refused. 
  2. Merchandise damaged in transit must be reported immediately within 24hrs upon receipt. Our shipping companies will not accept damage claims beyond 48hrs of receipt at the destination. We will issue a call tag for the damaged merchandise to be picked-up and ship you a replacement.
  3. You will be shipped a replacement by us immediately

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  1. Defective Merchandise must be reported to us immediately within 48hrs of receipt.
  2. You must call to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The number to call is 800-834-5986 or 615-742-5291. Items shipped back without RA# will be refused.
  3. You will be shipped a replacement by us immediately, or a full in-store credit toward any other product we carry of equal or greater value.

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In the event that you wish to return Non-Defective Merchandise it must be reported to us within 15 days of receipt.

  2. You must call to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The number to call is 800-834-5986 or 615-742-5291. Items shipped back without RA# will be refused.
  3. CREDIT AND REFUNDS FOR ITEMS RETURNED
    We have 2 options for you to receive credit for returned items:
    1. You can receive an in-store credit toward any other product we carry of equal or greater value for 100% of the value of the item returned, minus 10% re-stocking fee, and both outbound and return shipping costs. This store credit is valid for 60 days from the date return product is received.
      OR
    2. We can refund your purchase price, minus a 10% re-stocking fee and both outbound and inbound shipping costs. For credit card purchases, we will credit back only to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
      Credits or Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the authorized return. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all packing materials, manual, and other original components intact, in the original packaging. We reserve the right to charge for missing manuals, packaging, cables or other original items not returned. If the product has been registered with the manufacturer, there will be a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the purchase amount. All Special Order items will also be charged a 20% re-stocking fee if returned. Any refused shipment that is returned to us, customer will be responsible for payment of both outbound and inbound shipping charges related to the returned product, equal to the current quoted shipping rate from our website.
  4.   Some items we sell are Non-Returnable (with the exception of defective merchandise).

The Non-Returnable items include:

  •   Any special order item
  •   CD-ROMs or Sound Libraries
  •   Software of ANY kind
  •   PCI Cards
  •   Computer RAM
  •   Apple iPod
  •   Apple Computer Systems
  •   Windows PC Computer Systems
  •   Any Custom Computer System
  •   Sound Cards
  •   Internal Computer Hard Drives
  •   External Computer Hard Drives
  •   Any Windblown Instrument

In addition, we are not responsible for ANY compatibility issue with a PC or Mac computer system that was NOT purchased from us. Please consult us before you buy regarding compatibility issues with equipment that you already own. We will be glad to assist you with making the right decisions for your audio equipment. Our in house computer shop will be glad to install, test, and configure any items purchased from us for a small service fee. We cannot assume responsibility for your installation unless it is performed by us. We are not responsible for model changes, new versions announced by manufacturer after the sale. Any computer system that has been opened, used, and or registered to a customer cannot be returned to us.

We strongly require you to insure any package shipped back to us to the full invoiced amount. Otherwise we will not be able to accept merchandise damaged by the shipper. You will be responsible for the safe return of the merchandise.

SHIPPING POLICY

Outbound shipping may be free with purchase, but if the item is returned, these shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. All refunds, credits, and exchanges are for the value of the equipment only, and do not include shipping charges. If more than one item is on an order that qualifies for Free Shipping and a back-ordered item is canceled, then normal shipping charges will apply to any items shipped.

Any orders that are refused at time of delivery will be subject to all associated shipping costs including the shipping costs for the product(s) to be returned to Pro Audio Solutions. A handling fee may also be charged for orders that have been processed and shipped, and then refused at time of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, we accept payment by Bank wire transfer. If you choose Bank wire transfer method of payment, you will receive a detailed payment request via e-mail within 24-48hrs of your order.

Please note: for international orders that once the order is placed and shipped, the sale is final. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged and money cannot be refunded under any circumstance. Any defective product will be replaced. We are not responsible for misuse or damage due to incorrect voltage or other electric current issues in your home country. Please check manufacturer's web site for the correct power supply application for your country. Defective product is returnable within the first 10 days from purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for defective product.
